Corporate Christmas dinner in Milan: planning and enquiries at Philipp’s

December’s office closures, business travel and personal commitments make coordination important. Choose a preferred date and two alternatives before collecting final responses. A company Christmas dinner need not happen on Christmas Day: consider colleagues’ availability and the venue’s confirmed dates.

The Restaurant’s usual hours are 8 pm to midnight, Tuesday to Sunday, with Monday closed. Always check holiday openings and any changes with the staff rather than assuming the regular schedule applies to every festive date.

Appoint one contact to collect replies and speak with the venue. Distinguish a proposed date from a confirmed booking in invitations, and set an RSVP deadline before the holidays. Notify the team of changes in guest numbers.

Collect allergies, dietary requirements and any accessibility needs, sharing only information relevant to the arrangements. Check with the staff whether these requests can be accommodated. Once the booking is confirmed, send guests the agreed arrival time, address and organiser’s contact details, particularly if colleagues are travelling from another office.

Philipp’s Club & Restaurant is at Via Daniele Manin 21 in Milan, inside The Plein Hotel. For dinner with live performances, choose an evening from the official Dinner Show programme and check the performance scheduled for that date. The Christmas season does not automatically mean a dedicated festive programme.

Tell the staff if you would like to include a company welcome or short speeches. Timing, space and any technical requirements must be agreed with them, and speaking during the show cannot be guaranteed. Check Club access separately if your group would like to stay after dinner: do not assume admission is included. The Club has a minimum age of 21.

Group menus, timings, spaces and technical needs remain subject to agreement: including something in your brief does not mean it is already available.

The current menu is a useful introduction to the restaurant, not a Christmas menu. Ask what proposal could be available for your group on the selected date, then clarify what it includes, the timings and how dinner fits around the entertainment. The terms of the group proposal should be confirmed before booking.
